Kenyan police announced today that they have arrested a suspect in connection with the dismembered bodies of 9 women found in the Mukuru dumpsite in the capital Nairobi. Serial killer Jomaisi Khalisia confessed during police interrogation to drowning and then dismembering a total of 42 women, including his own wife.Police stated they analyzed the mobile application transactions of victim Josphine Mulongo Owino, who had made a transaction on the day she went missing. This led them to Jomaisi Khalisia.Police searching Khalisia's residence, located 100 meters from where the victims' bodies were found, initially discovered women's undergarments, phones, handbags, and various other items.Kenyan police initially found body parts in plastic bags on July 12, and announced the discovery of additional body parts in bags the following day. They emphasized that the dumpsite continues to be actively searched as a crime scene.
